Tom McNamara

Tom McNamara is an Associate at DeepWork Capital since April 2023, previously serving as an Analyst. Prior experience includes significant roles at Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research (NIBR) from September 2019 to April 2023, where Tom worked as a Senior Scientist I and Research Scientist in CAR-T research. Prior to NIBR, Tom gained experience at Takeda as a DMPK Graduate Intern and at Dr. Michele Klingbeil's DNA Replication Laboratory as a Graduate Student Researcher. Early career roles included internships at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals and New England Baptist Hospital, as well as an undergraduate research position. Tom holds a Master of Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the same institution, alongside a high school diploma from Walpole High School.
