Isadora has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from UniRitter and recently completed an Executive MBA in Business Intelligence, Digital Marketing, and Data Driven Strategies from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul. Throughout their career, Isadora has demonstrated their expertise in managing CRM strategies, customer segmentation, campaign development, and analyzing customer behavior to drive engagement and conversion.
