Maële Pérennès has a diverse background in human resources and talent management. Maële started their career as an intern at Total E&P, where they worked as an internal organization consultant. Maële then moved on to Autodistribution as an HR Development intern.

In 2010, Pérennès joined Canal+ and took on roles as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist and a Campus Manager - HR Project Manager. During their time at Canal+, they were responsible for managing employee savings plans, implementing health care benefits, and overseeing recruitment campaigns, among other duties.

In 2014, Pérennès joined STUDIOCANAL as a Human Resources Manager and later became the VP of Human Resources. In these positions, they were in charge of the entire HR life cycle, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, talent management, and organizational development. Maële also collaborated with CANAL+ Group HR Expert teams to ensure the smooth operation of HR processes.

In 2018, Pérennès transitioned to Deezer, where they initially worked as a Senior HR Business Partner. In this role, they partnered with C-Level executives for various business activities, including talent development, performance management, and organizational design. Maële also led employee and labor relations for France territory and facilitated staff representatives elections.

Currently, Pérennès holds the position of Head of Talent at Deezer.

Maële Pérennès completed a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from HEC Paris between 2006 and 2010. In 2009, they obtained a Human Resources Management Certificate from IAE Paris - Sorbonne Business School. Additionally, they attended Universidad Carlos III de Madrid from 2007 to 2008. In their early education, they studied at Lycée Hoche, Versailles from 2003 to 2006. Maële also holds a certification in Predictive Index from The Predictive Index, obtained in 2017.
