Willy Simonetti

Willy Simonetti has a diverse work experience in the HR field. Willy currently holds the role of HR Lead at Deezer and previously worked as an HR Business Partner at the same company. Prior to that, Willy worked at Huawei Technologies as a Talent Acquisition & Development Manager. Their responsibilities included recruitment, graduate program management, employer branding, and labor relations. Before joining Huawei, Willy worked at Coty, where they held positions such as Global Talent Manager and M&A HR Manager. Willy was involved in talent acquisition strategy, E-recruitment, employer branding, and HR integration during a merger. Willy also worked as an HR Manager and HR Generalist at Coty, where they handled various HR functions for specific business units. Willy started their career as a Recruiter at Manpower.

From 2006 to 2010, Willy Simonetti attended SKEMA Business School, where they earned a MSc Degree in Human Resources Management and Strategy.
