Jason Healey is a Senior Research Scholar in Cyber Conflict Studies at Columbia University, where a comprehensive cyber curriculum was developed under his guidance. In addition to his role at Columbia University, Jason serves as a Senior Fellow at the Australian Strategic Policy Institute and as a Review Board Member and Policy Track Lead for the Black Hat conference. Other affiliations include being a Board Member of the Military Cyber Professionals Association, Affiliated Faculty at The Data Science Institute at Columbia University, and a Review Board Member for DEF CON. As a Senior Cybersecurity Strategist for the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, Jason contributed to pivotal initiatives such as Systemically Important Entities. Jason has previously held significant positions at the Atlantic Council, including Director of the Cyber Statecraft Initiative, and worked within the Office of the National Cyber Director at the White House. Jason holds dual master's degrees in Computer Security and Liberal Arts, and a bachelor's degree in Political Science from the United States Air Force Academy.
