Cem Diken is currently the Head of Planning and Allocation at DeFacto, a position held since 2022. Previously, they served as the Director of Merchandise Planning at DeFacto from 2017 to 2022, and held various roles including Merchandise Planner and Merchandise Planning Manager at LC Waikiki between 2009 and 2014. In addition to their professional experience, Cem is pursuing studies in Industrial Relations and Labor Economics at Anadolu University and has a background in Business Administration from İstanbul Bilgi University. Cem's educational foundation was built at İstanbul Atatürk Anadolu Lisesi.
