Serap S. has extensive experience in the textile industry, particularly in production planning and supply chain management. Beginning with Doğan Kumaş (Aprido Mayo) as a Production Planning Officer from January 1996 to August 2005, Serap progressed to roles such as Planning Chief at İM-TEKS TEKSTİL and Production Manager at Dagi Giyim, overseeing the entire production process for women's underwear and swimwear until November 2013. From October 2014 to February 2015, Serap served as Production Manager at Ten Lingerie, managing pricing and production planning for lingerie lines. Following a role as Deputy General Manager at Yasin Textil, overseeing operations for various international brands, Serap currently holds the position of Merchandising Manager at DeFacto since April 2020. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Anadolu University.
