Tom Naylor started their career in 2012 as an Accounts Executive at British Gas Business. In 2014, they joined the same company as a CRC Support, and later became a Data Reporting Specialist. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Senior Reporting Analyst, where they scripted reports, designed and maintained reports in SSRS, and implemented process improvements using VBA in Excel. In 2018, Tom transitioned to the role of a Software Developer at British Gas Business, where they created web-based software using .NET, C#, MVC, Entity Framework, Bootstrap, and JavaScript. Tom also worked with SQL Server databases, SSIS, and SSRS. In 2021, they joined Crown Holdings, Inc. as a Software Developer, focusing on full stack development and being involved in all stages of the software development life cycle. Currently, they are working as a Software Developer at Defaqto, where they are involved in full stack development using C#, TypeScript, JavaScript, Angular, .NET, SQL Server, and Git.
