DeFelice Realty Group is an independent brokerage built on clear communication, strong ethics, and hands-on leadership.
Based in Brick, NJ, we serve Ocean and Monmouth Counties with a people-first approach that values professionalism, accountability, and real guidance over pressure or hype.
Our work is grounded in three pillars:

1. Strong Agent Development
We believe confident agents create confident clients.
DRG provides personalized mentorship, contract training, scenario breakdowns, compliance guidance, and daily support, ensuring every agent has the clarity and skill to serve with integrity.

2. Client Advocacy You Can Trust
Every transaction receives careful attention and steady oversight.
From reviewing contracts to solving challenges behind the scenes, our clients benefit from a brokerage that prioritizes accuracy, transparency, and their best interests at every step.

3. Community-Focused Real Estate
We live and work in the communities we serve.
Our goal is to create meaningful relationships, elevate local standards, and contribute to a real estate experience that feels personal, respectful, and genuinely helpful.

At DRG, we don’t measure success in volume.
We measure it in the quality of our service, the growth of our agents, and the trust of the families who choose us.

DeFelice Realty Group, Real guidance. Real support. Real estate done right.
