Defence Production Hub connects global defence technology providers, Polish and CEE manufacturers, and institutional capital to accelerate the adoption of defence and dual-use innovation across Central and Eastern Europe.

The company is built around a structural opportunity: proven defence technologies exist globally, but their path to new markets – and the financing to get there – remains fragmented. Poland and CEE are among the fastest-growing defence markets in NATO, and Defence Production Hub builds the partnerships and financing structures that turn that momentum into real deployments.

DPH operates across three interconnected areas:
- Identifying and introducing foreign technology providers – established distributors and brands with proven global deployments and technologies not yet present in Poland – and connecting them with the right local partners and market pathways.
- Building production and commercial partnerships between international technology holders and Polish and CEE industrial companies, combining global know-how with regional capability.
- Structuring financing for defence and dual-use projects, working with institutional and private capital to make innovative initiatives executable.
Defence Production Hub was developed within The Heart, the biggest Polish venture builder specialising in deep tech and commercialization of science and technology.

With an active network spanning 60+ industrial partners across Poland and CEE, the company is positioned on NATO's eastern flank – where defence investment is accelerating fastest and where the right partnerships translate directly into deployment.
