Lotte Hermanseter is a seasoned professional in human resources and organizational management, currently serving as the People & Organization Manager and HR Manager at Defendable since December 2020. Prior to this role, Lotte worked at BDO Norge from June 2017 to December 2020, initially as an Associate in the Cybersecurity department, where responsibilities included HR and marketing coordination, recruitment planning, and candidate communication. Lotte also held the position of Desk Receptionist at BDO Norway's headquarters. Earlier experience includes a role as Butikkmedarbeider at Circle K from August 2015 to September 2016. Lotte holds a Bachelor's degree in HR Management from Kristiania University of Applied Sciences, completed in 2019, and previously attended Mysen videregående skole, where studies focused on social sciences, languages, and economics.

At Defendable we have made it our mission to help make you and your company just that: defendable. Defendable against the ever-growing onset of threats to our digital lives and businesses from cybercriminals and spies. Perfect security is not attainable — becoming defendable is. From 2016, BDO Cybersecurity was both part of BDO Norway’s Risk Advisory Services and of BDO’s Global Cybersecurity Leadership Team (consisting of the eight most mature cybersecurity member firms). In November 2020, BDO Cybersecurity was divested from BDO Norway, whereupon new investors came onboard and the name changed to Defendable AS. Through a formal cooperative agreement, Defendable’s cybersecurity services continue to be a vital part of BDO’s operational security service line-up towards its existing and potential new clients.
