Christer Hernestig

Christer Hernestig has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Christer is the Co-Founder and Chief Growth Officer of Defentry, a Swedish cybersecurity company focused on preventing identity thefts and hacked accounts. Christer is also the Founder of SthlmTechInvest, a partner for innovative technology entrepreneurs in Stockholm, and Swegital, where they work as a Founder and Start-Up Consultant for digital business development. Additionally, they have worked as a Partner at Intrasenze, an innovation company, and as a Founder at Happerty, a group of funders and investors engaged in the real estate market. Christer has also served as the Chief Information Security Officer at All4Life.ai, which helps patients worldwide with mental health, and as a Digital Business Developer Consultant at Tactel AB, where they worked on various digital service projects. Furthermore, they have worked as a Senior Adviser at Karolinska institutet and as the Head of Consumer Products Consultant at UC AB. Christer has also served as a Business Development Manager Consultant at Paylevo AB, a Swedish company specializing in mobile customer benefit and safety.

Christer Hernestig attended IHM Business School from 1999 to 2001, where they studied Marknadsförding (Sales and Marketing). Prior to that, from 1989 to 1991, they attended Bromma Gymnasium, completing a 3-year program in Handel, företag och praktik (Trade, Business, and Practice). Additionally, Christer obtained several certifications through LinkedIn, including "Create a Go-To-Market Plan" and "Learning Personal Branding" in June 2019, "Selling to Executives" in May 2019, and "Solution Selling" in March 2019. Christer also completed various online marketing courses on LinkedIn in 2018, and obtained a diploma in Nordic Traditional Mediumship and Multi-Dimensional Consciousness from The Nordic School for Multi-Dimensional Consciousness in August 2019. Furthermore, Christer has obtained several badges through Salesforce Trailhead, including CRM Basics, Change Management, Chatter Basics, Data Management, Data Modeling, Lightning Experience Basics, and Lightning Experience Features.
