Leanne Bailey

Leanne Bailey is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in designing and implementing HR functions across various organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at defi SOLUTIONS since September 2019, Leanne previously held the role of Human Resources Manager at Sagent Lending Technologies, where responsibilities included establishing a comprehensive HR function following the company's divestment from Fiserv. At Fiserv, Leanne transitioned the HR team from tactical operations to strategic business partnerships, consulting with over 300 associates and leaders to address various business challenges. Earlier experience includes senior roles at Invensys Rail, where program management and change management were central to initiatives affecting thousands of employees, and a contractor position at Safetran Systems Corporation that involved multiple HR functions. Leanne holds a BA in Theatre and Psychology from the University of Mobile.
