Steve Pearce

Steve 'Buzz' Pearce is a seasoned design leader with nearly 30 years of experience in empowering and inspiring designers. They have held significant roles such as VP of Design at TravelPerk and Checkout.com, and Global Design Director at Skyscanner, where they led multidisciplinary teams to create impactful products. Currently, Pearce works as a Fractional VP Design for both Pleo and tem, while also advising at Defiant and serving as a Founding Partner at Future London. Additionally, they have contributed to the Design Council and Design Business Association, shaping design standards in the UK.
