Heather McClintic

Heather McClintic currently serves as the Partnership Experience Manager for Strategic Accounts at Defined, a role assumed in July 2023 following positions as Partnerships Manager and Defined Careers Partnerships Manager. Previously, McClintic contributed to Classroom to Boardroom from March 2023 to July 2023, providing product feedback, creating tutorial videos, and guest blogging. McClintic completed a comprehensive training and coaching program for transitioning educators, covering various aspects of educational business. From 2009 to 2023, McClintic worked as a School Counselor in Hillsborough County Public Schools, managing a caseload of over 500 students and implementing effective SEL curriculum with a noteworthy graduation rate. Earlier experience includes teaching at Polk County School Board from 2005 to 2009, focusing on creating inclusive learning environments. McClintic holds a Master of Arts in Counselor Education from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Psychology from Carson-Newman University.
