Carole Stevens is a Senior Business Analyst currently leading a transformation program for the Wellcome Sanger Institute at Definia. With extensive experience in both agile and waterfall methodologies, Carole has successfully worked across various industries, including finance, education, and pharmaceuticals. Previously, Carole held positions at notable organizations such as Johnson Matthey, Cambridge Assessment, and AstraZeneca, where they were responsible for eliciting requirements, facilitating workshops, and improving user experience through effective stakeholder engagement. Carole is also pursuing a PhD in Solid State Physics at Durham University, complementing their earlier studies with a first-class B.Sc. in Applied Physics.
