Michael Thornton

Michael Thornton is a Senior Director at Investigo and Definia, where they lead the Public Sector division and drive transformation initiatives across both public and private sectors. Currently, Michael oversees a team that focuses on delivering tailored talent and capability solutions, specializing in change management, IT/digital transformation, and HR programs. Previously, Michael held roles at Greene King, where they managed payroll for thousands of employees, and at Reed Procurement & Supply Chain, where they rapidly ascended to a Senior Executive Consultant.
