Marisa Howard

Marisa (Fezza) Howard is an experienced talent management professional with a diverse background in human resources and people operations. Currently serving as a Talent Partner at Definition since May 2023, Marisa has previously held senior positions including VP of People at Ro from May 2020 to April 2023 and Associate Director, People at Knotel from February 2018 to April 2020. Additional experience includes the role of Manager, People at Blue Apron from August 2014 to January 2018 and Program Associate at The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp from May 2010 to June 2014. Marisa holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from the University of Pennsylvania and is an alumnus of the Convent of the Sacred Heart.
