Todd Forrest

Todd Forrest is the Founder and Managing Partner of Garnet Kelly LLC, where they provide consulting and advisory services to private equity and venture capital firms. With over 30 years of experience in strategic finance and operations, they have spent more than 20 years as an Operating Partner across various venture capital and private equity firms, focusing on software and technology-enabled businesses. Previously, Forrest held key leadership roles, including Vice President of Finance & Administration at Critical Path, Managing Director & CFO at Hummer Winblad Venture Partners, and Partner, CFO and CCO at JH Partners. They earned a BS in Accountancy from Bentley University and currently advise multiple firms, including Huck Capital and Better Tomorrow Ventures.
