Employee Experience Manager

Mark Grein, CHRL, has been an Employee Experience Manager at Definity since August 2011, focusing on creating positive workplace experiences that enhance growth, collaboration, and retention. Grein has successfully led the launch of an Oracle Goals and Performance Management module, streamlining performance reviews and goal-setting processes. As a former Human Resources Business Partner, Grein was instrumental in evolving Definity’s employee experience function and leading enterprise performance management initiatives. Prior HR roles include Specialist in Employee Relations, where Grein supported over 250 leaders in Canada, managed employee investigations, and facilitated significant organizational transformations. Previous experience includes a Human Resources Generalist role at Toyoda Gosei and positions at the Niagara Regional Police Service and Erie Personnel Corporation. Grein holds a Business Administration Diploma in Human Resources from Niagara College.
