Ruby Kaliray

Ruby Kaliray currently serves as Assistant Vice President of Commercial & Technology at Definity Financial Corporation, a position held since September 2021. Prior to this role, Ruby Kaliray worked as Senior Counsel at TMX Group from 2016 to 2021, providing legal advice on intellectual property and technology matters related to various financial products. Ruby Kaliray's experience also includes serving as Senior Counsel at Aviva from 2010 to 2016, and as an Associate Lawyer at Norton Rose Fulbright from 2006 to 2009, where expertise was provided in securities and corporate governance. Early professional training occurred as a Solicitor Trainee at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP and a Summer Associate at Mayer Brown.
