Will Moore

Will Moore, MIRHR, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in total rewards and human resources management. Currently serving as the Manager of the Total Rewards Program at Definity since June 2022, Will previously held key roles at Magellan Aerospace Limited, including Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Analyst. Prior experience includes positions at TOPIA Education Inc. as an English Language Instructor, Halton Healthcare Services as a Human Resources Administrator, and Sears Canada as a Logistics Team Lead. Will holds a Master of Industrial Relations and Human Resources from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from Brock University, as well as a Business Administration diploma from Mohawk College.
