Gabriel Palma has extensive experience in IT service delivery and project management, currently serving as a Service Delivery Manager and Project Manager at Definity First since April 2006. In this role, Gabriel ensures efficient IT service delivery while bridging the gap between IT and business needs. Transitioning to a Customer Success Manager role in 2021, Gabriel focuses on client relationships and project support.
