Kenneth Smith

Kenneth Smith is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and sales management. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at Deflecto LLC since January 2014, Kenneth has implemented effective CRM systems and corporate dashboards to improve performance metrics. Prior roles include Vice President of Sales at Sun Office Solutions, where Kenneth developed a customized selection platform, and Group Vice President of Sales at United Stationers, responsible for executing market-specific business plans. Additionally, Kenneth made significant contributions at Roadway Express, Inc., leading successful freight carrier programs.
