David Yates

David Yates has extensive experience in the commercial management sector, beginning with a tenure as Commercial Manager at Balls Brothers from August 1985 to March 2011, where responsibilities included overseeing all aspects of the wine merchant department. Since June 2011, David has continued in a similar role at Defluo Group, managing key accounts within bars, retail, and restaurant sectors, while also overseeing compliance and large project management in collaboration with project managers and clients. David holds a Higher National Diploma in Hotel Catering and Institutional Management from the University of Portsmouth, earned between 1982 and 1985.
