Aaron Moon

Aaron Moon is a dedicated Senior Policy Advisor currently working with the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs on the implementation of the Simpler Recycling policy in England. Previously, they served as a Senior Policy Advisor at the Department for Transport, where they developed policies for the Local EV Infrastructure Fund. Aaron's earlier experience includes a role as a Policy Advisor at BEIS, contributing to the EV Infrastructure Strategy, and as a Committee Member for The Beach Clean Project. They hold a BSc in Environmental Science from the University of Exeter, where they also co-founded a food co-operative aimed at providing sustainable produce to the student community.
