Amy Marsh has extensive experience in customer accessibility, digital inclusion, and communications across various sectors. Since December 2021, Amy has served as the Customer Accessibility and Digital Inclusion Lead at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, while also holding titles of Strategy Lead and Customer Improvement and Technology Specialist. Prior to this, from June 2019 to November 2021, Amy was the Customer Strategy Team Lead and Senior Customer Strategy Advisor at the Valuation Office Agency. Amy's earlier roles include Internal Communication Business Partner at Defence Equipment & Support (DE&S) and Account Executive at ThirtyThree, specializing in employer branding and marketing. Additionally, Amy has experience as a Senior Advertising Account Executive for T&S Creative Communications and a Trainee Proofreader/Translator at WIENERS+WIENERS GmbH. Amy started the professional journey as an English Language Assistant at the British Council while completing a degree in Modern Languages (Spanish and German) at Durham University.
