Bailey Hemphill

Bailey Hemphill is a highly experienced professional in environmental policy, currently serving as a Senior Policy Advisor in the Policy Acceleration Unit at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs since February 2020. Previous roles in this organization have included SEO Policy Advisor and HEO Policy Advisor, focusing on the development of EU Exit agri-environment policy, stakeholder engagement, and parliamentary bill work.
