Bex Tindle

Bex Tindle is a user research leader with extensive experience in user experience design, coaching, and mentoring teams across various sectors. Previously, Bex held senior positions at institutions like the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs and Money Advice Service, where they developed and implemented agile UX research frameworks. Bex also contributed to accessibility standards and user testing methodologies across multiple projects and organizations, showcasing a commitment to improving user experiences. Currently, Bex leads user research initiatives at DEFRA while also offering personal and work coaching through Bex Tindle Coaching. Bex holds a Master’s Degree in Human-Computer Interaction with Ergonomics from University College London, graduating with distinction.
