Daniel Dipper is a seasoned enterprise architect with extensive experience in government and environmental sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Enterprise Architecture at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs since October 2020, Daniel has held various significant roles, including Interim Head and Principal Enterprise Architect, focusing on projects such as SCAH and Horizon. Prior to this, Daniel worked as a Senior Business Architect at Trinity Management Advisers Limited and as a Business Architect for the Home Office, leading critical initiatives like the EU Settlement Scheme. Daniel's rich background spans multiple roles at Defra, including contributions to air quality policy, climate change adaptation, and waste management strategies. Daniel also has a strong academic foundation, holding a degree in Mining Engineering from the University of Exeter and having lectured in English at institutions in Russia.
