Dave Rowe

Dave Rowe is an experienced Programme Manager and IT Project Manager with a proven track record in delivering connectivity and infrastructure projects across various organizations. Currently, at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs since January 2012, Dave leads a portfolio focused on connectivity, managing significant procurement projects and enhancing network services. Prior experience includes roles at the National Policing Improvement Agency, where Dave managed WAN and telephony transitions, and at SCC, where leadership responsibilities were undertaken as a Project Manager and Team Leader. Dave’s technical career began as a Configuration Engineer at Compel. Educational background includes attendance at The Thomas Alleyne School.
