David Wickett is an experienced Programme Delivery Manager currently at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs since November 2017, previously serving as Senior Project Manager at the Environment Agency from June 2013 to December 2021. David’s career began at the Audit Commission from October 2004 to May 2013 as a Project Manager in Business Information Services, where responsibilities included full lifecycle project management. Prior to that, David worked at DHL from July 2000 to October 2004 as a Project Manager for Global Information Systems, managing multi-national PRINCE2 projects. David holds a BA Hons in Information Technology and Media Studies from The University of St. Mark and St. John, completed in 2000.
