Elspeth Sharp

Elspeth Sharp is an experienced professional in IT service management and strategy, currently serving as Deputy Director at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs since July 2022. Prior to this role, Elspeth held the position of Head of IT Service Strategy & Design within Defra from January 2018 to July 2022. Elspeth's extensive experience also includes various leadership roles at the Environment Agency, where responsibilities encompassed IT Service Delivery, Customer Engagement, and Service Management from October 2004 to January 2018. Elspeth holds a degree in chemistry from the University of Birmingham, completed between 1987 and 1990.
