Fran Walsh

Fran Walsh is an accomplished professional with expertise in project management, stakeholder engagement, and partnerships, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs since July 2021. In this role, Fran leads policy and strategy work related to Northern Ireland. Previously, Fran held positions including Business Relationship Manager, where management of relationships between the Business Relationship Management team and key Digital, Data & Technology Services stakeholders was critical, and Project and Change Manager at the Animal and Plant Health Agency, delivering evidence-based changes in complex environments. Fran’s earlier experience includes roles in partnerships management and schools engagement, where building relationships and driving employability initiatives were key responsibilities. Fran holds a Bachelor's Degree in Spanish and Human Rights from the University of Roehampton.
