Franja Prosenc

Franja Prosenc is an Environmental Scientist specializing in sustainable wastewater treatment, resource recovery, and biological carbon capture. They are currently a Research and Teaching Fellow in BioResource Systems at the University of Leeds and an R&D Fellow at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs. Franja's research focuses on recovering nutrients from wastewater and organic waste for agricultural reuse and bioenergy production. With a strong interest in science communication and policy, Franja is dedicated to making the world a better place through their work.
