Grace Baxter

Grace Baxter is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in management reporting and business intelligence within the public sector. Currently serving as Head of Management Reporting at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs since October 2021, Grace has held various leadership roles, including Interim Deputy Director Management Reporting and Lead Finance Business Partner for Digital Data and Major Projects. Previously, Grace worked at the Government Property Agency, where responsibilities included Head of Finance Systems and Business Intelligence, and Spending Review Lead. With a background that includes experience at the Cabinet Office and HM Revenue & Customs, Grace has developed a robust skill set in financial planning and strategy. Educational achievements include a First Class degree in Physics with Nanoscience from The University of Nottingham and professional certification as ACMA and CGMA from CIMA. Additionally, Grace has been involved in athletics as a qualified official and has entrepreneurial experience as a business owner at Disco Time.
