Helen Smith

Helen Smith is a Senior UX Researcher with extensive experience in user-centered design within the UK public sector. They have worked as a UX Researcher for organizations like the National Careers Service and the University of Cambridge, focusing on user research and generative studies. Previously, Helen served as Joint Director at McGovern Online, providing strategy and design services to clients in New Zealand and the UK, particularly in the GLAM sector. Currently, they are a Senior User Researcher for the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs. Helen is also pursuing studies at Massey University School of Design in Wellington, New Zealand.
