Helena Diffey is currently the Policy Team Lead at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, specializing in food systems and sustainability. Previously, Helena served in various leadership roles, including President of the Association of Veterinary Students and Assistant Education Coordinator for IFSTAL. Helena has gained extensive experience as a Senior Policy Advisor and in leading initiatives like the Food Data Transparency Partnership and the Red Meat & Genetics International Market Access.
