Izzy Hayes

Izzy Hayes is a graduate of Loughborough University, where they earned a Master's degree in Work Psychology with distinction in 2024 and a Bachelor's degree in Business Psychology with first-class honors in 2023. Currently, Izzy works as part of the Social Research and Behavioural Insights Team at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, following previous roles at the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero and as a Front of House Team Member at PizzaExpress. Earlier in their career, Izzy held positions as a Tutor at Kumon UK and a Sales Assistant at JD Sports Fashion. Additionally, they worked as a Store Assistant at Aldi UK.
