James Jansen

James Jansen is an accomplished professional in international nature, climate, and development. Currently, they serve as a Trustee for Plantlife International and are pursuing Master’s degrees at both the University of Oxford and the School of Oriental and African Studies, U. of London. Previously, they held various leadership roles, including CEO for the Government of South Georgia & the South Sandwich Islands and Sustainable Fisheries Manager at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office. Jansen also co-led the International Forests, Agriculture & Sustainable Land Use Group at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs.
