Jayne Dobner

Jayne Dobner is currently a Senior Learning and Development Partner at Defra, overseeing various agencies including APHA, RPA, NE, and VMD. With over 29 years of experience in the public sector, Jayne has held multiple prominent roles, including Head of Learning and Development for Defra (core) and APHA, where they have successfully influenced strategic change and developed training strategies. Additionally, Jayne serves as a Marine Mammal Surveyor and volunteer trainer for ORCA and is a volunteer trainer for British Divers Marine Life Rescue. They have pursued education in Agriculture at Reaseheath College and earned a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Development.
