Jen Gresham

Jen Gresham is a Senior Policy Advisor in the Circular Economy Directorate at Defra, where they lead food waste prevention policy for England. They previously held the position of Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Hertfordshire focusing on Food Value Chain Governance and worked as an Editorial Controller for Digital Publishing at Cambridge University Press. Jen took a maternity break from 2019 to 2022 during the pandemic. They earned a Ph.D. in Sociology from the University of Essex and a Master's in Food Policy from City University London.
