Jonathan Lockley

Jonathan Lockley has a diverse work experience in the field of procurement and commercial management. Jonathan is currently working as a Programme Procurement Lead at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs since October 2020. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Commercial Manager at Heathrow from July 2017 to July 2020, and as a Commercial Manager from August 2015 to July 2017. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior Cost Manager at Turner & Townsend from May 2006 to June 2012, as a Cost Manager at Pyments Ltd from 2004 to 2006, and as a Cost Manager at Balfour Beatty Civil Engineering Ltd from 2000 to 2004.
