Kara Bruce

Kara Bruce is a customer improvement specialist at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs since October 2023, where continuous improvement skills are employed to enhance customer-centric services. In addition to this role, Kara serves as a cycling instructor with Access Sport, promoting cycling accessibility for children. Kara Bruce Design, established in November 2015, showcases skills in digital design, including user experience and website development. Previous experience includes positions at the Environment Agency, where roles ranged from flood resilience officer to talent acquisition, and responsibilities at BDE Creative as co-founder. An accomplished athlete, Kara also competed in the Viking Street Velodrome series and has held various roles in sales, marketing, and customer relations throughout a multifaceted career. Education includes a BA Hons in Design Branding and Marketing from the University for the Creative Arts.
