Kym C.

Kym C. currently serves as a Senior Policy Advisor at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs since January 2024 and also holds the position of Trustee at Escape2Make since March 2024. Previously, Kym worked as a Policy Advisor and as a Decision Making and Appeals Team Member at the Department for Work and Pensions from March 2021 to January 2024. Kym's earlier experience includes roles at Three., where leadership skills were honed as an Assistant Manager and Trainee Assistant Manager, along with recognition as a ‘Customer Hero’ for outstanding performance. Kym also served as a Senior Mentor for NCS The Challenge, fostering leadership skills among young individuals, and as a Researcher for the Hansard Society, contributing to reports on democratic processes. Kym holds a BA (Hons) in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of Hull and a Level 3 Retail Management qualification from Lifetime Training.
