Lara Turtle

Lara Turtle is a Senior Policy Advisor for Marine Species Conservation at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs. Previously, Lara worked as a consultant at Ricardo Energy & Environment and was a core member of the National Atmospheric Emissions Inventory team, specializing in greenhouse gas inventories and projections. Lara has held various roles, including an analyst consultant for greenhouse gas inventories and a higher scientific officer during a secondment at the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy. Lara earned a Master's degree from the University of Bristol and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Southampton.
