Liz Evans

Liz Evans currently serves as the Head of Resourcing at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, starting in January 2023. Prior to this role, Liz held the position of Resourcing Account Manager for People and Capability at the Department for Work and Pensions from October 2020 to January 2023. Liz’s extensive experience in recruitment began at Search Consultancy, where a career spanned from January 2005 to July 2020, with titles including Client Development Director and Associate Director, and notable achievements in managing large recruitment projects and leading multiple teams. Earlier experience includes serving as a Branch Manager at Kelly Services from 2000 to 2004. Liz holds an HND in Design (Crafts) from the Cumbria Institute of the Arts and is a Selby High School graduate.
