Lucy Boardman

Lucy Boardman is a civil servant currently serving as the Co-Design Lead in the Circular Economy Directorate at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs. They previously held various roles within the Civil Service Fast Stream, including as a Policy Advisor at the Department for Business and Trade and the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government. Lucy's early career included significant contributions as a UK Young Ambassador and Member of the UK Youth Parliament, participating in international conferences and debates on youth issues and education. They earned a Master of Arts in History from the University of Nottingham.
