Lucy C.

Lucy C. currently serves as the Head of Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, where responsibilities include leading risk management and implementing lessons learned across a large GMPP programme since January 2021. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager, where Lucy managed multiple strategic property projects, and Programme Officer at the Marine Management Organisation, providing assurance for a significant grant programme and contributing to the Fisheries Response Fund. Earlier experience includes Junior Project Manager at Orange Bus, overseeing design and IT projects, and Project Lead at HM Revenue & Customs, where Lucy engaged with the Senior Leadership Team to establish long-term objectives. Lucy C. holds a BA in Archaeology from Newcastle University and an MSc in Palaeopathology from Durham University.
