Lucy Wetherhill

Lucy Wetherhill has extensive experience in user research and management, currently serving as the interim Head of User Research at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs since March 2022. Previous roles include Lead User Researcher and Senior User Researcher in the same department, User Researcher at NHSX, and Associate Director at Verve and Trinity McQueen, where responsibilities encompassed leading research programs, managing multi-disciplinary teams, and developing business strategies. Lucy also held the position of Interim Head of Research at Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, focusing on consumer insights and stakeholder management. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Marketing and a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing/Marketing Management from the University of Leicester.
